General Sales Cadillac/Saab in West Chester has earned the designation as Cadillac Master Dealer and a Saab Unlimited Dealer. The GM Mark of Excellence recognition program is designed to acknowledge and reward the most outstanding dealers in their respective marketing divisions. Only a very small percentage of dealers are honored as a Master or Unlimited Dealer due to the high level of achievement necessary in customer satisfaction, sales, and training. Nationally, there are about 1,500 Cadillac dealers and 300 Saab dealers. This year, 80 Cadillac dealers and 20 Saab dealers were recognized. It is General Sales' fourth Cadillac Master Dealer award and first Saab Unlimited Dealer award, and they are the only dealership in the country to win both in one year. General Sales was also Saab's largest volume dealer in Pennsylvania for 2007.
